Walter Sköldstam is an attorney, founder and partner at ANNOT Advokatbyrå. He has worked as a lawyer since 2007 and primarily focuses on business law, particularly dispute resolution, construction and real estate law, and public procurement.
Walter assists clients in qualified disputes and advisory matters. His work includes process strategy, negotiations, court proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution. He also accepts assignments as defence counsel in criminal matters to a certain extent.
Walter has previously worked as a procurement lawyer at Region Östergötland and as an associate lawyer at a law firm. He is also a qualified teacher of law and has taught at universities, technical institutes, companies, organisations and public sector bodies. Since 2025 he has been an internationally accredited CEDR mediator.
