Office is held by lawyer Walter Sköldstam. Walter has been a professional lawyer since 2007.  Previously, Walter was procurement lawyer at Region Östergötland (Östergötland County Council) and associate at Crusner Lawyers. Walter is also a licensed professor of law and has, for example, taught at Chalmers, KTH, Linköping University, Jönköping International Business School, the University of Gotland (now part of the University of Uppsala) and a variety of companies, organizations and public enterprises. Walter has particular experience in dispute resolution, construction/contracting, real estate, procurement and business. Walter also undertakes defense assignments. Regardless of whether the assignment concerns a major contract dispute or a defense against criminal suspicion, the client’s right is always taken advantage of in the best way with great commitment! In his spare time, Walter likes to go rock climbing.

Madeleine is the law firm’s secretary and is usually the first contact with the client. She works widely at the law firm with project support for the lawyers as well as business support, both internally and externally. Before she started with us, she has been active in the hotel industry for about 13 years in various functions and with particular experience of change work in quality and customer experiences as well as with CEO support. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with her family and likes to take long walks in the forest.

Susan Ols has been a lawyer at the law firm since the beginning of 2020. She most recently came from a legal position at Ludvig & Co. Prior to that, Susan has been a lawyer in the Östergötland Region for about 11 years, of which the latter is chief lawyer. Susan has a broad competence and special experience in health care law as well as law related to public administration. At the law firm, Susan works widely with various types of cases, but with a special focus on advice and handling disputes in public procurement and contracting. She mainly works with our customers in the public sector at both state and municipal level. In her spare time, Susan trains special search with her dog if she does not play paddle.

Per Atterfors Omstedt has been a lawyer at the law firm since the spring of 2019 and a member of The Swedish Bar Association since 2022. He has previously worked with surveying and real estate law for several years. Per works primarily with disputes and advice regarding properties and contracts, but also undertakes assignments as counsel for crime victims, defense assignments and special representative for children. Per is particularly passionate about various special property law issues such as property development, easement and shoreland protection. In his spare time, Per likes to play tennis or cheer on his favorite team IFK Norrköping.

Dennis Rydh is a lawyer and has worked at the law firm since the beginning of 2024. He most recently came from a legal position at the Tenants’ Association. Dennis works with tenancy law, disputes and business law. In his spare time, Dennis likes to play squash, cycle or go for long walks with his dog.
