Business law is, as the name suggests, the law behind the business. We can work as legal partner contributing whith ongoing advice or business legal counselling in negotiations and disputes. For us, the core of business law is contracts. We have great experience in contractual matters in various industries and to some extent we also assist in international agreements. We work, for example, with franchise agreements, supply agreements, purchase agreements, cooperation agreements, leases and M & A. Our belief is that it is always better to try to regulate business in advance contractually to minimize the risk of future litigation. We handle disputes about commercial agreements and act as agents in both general courts and in arbitration proceedings.
