with the legal practice.

Information on processing of personal data
All personal data that ANNOT receives or collects in connection with assignments is processed, for example first and last name, telephone number, address, postcode, e-mail and social security
number. Sensitive information provided within the framework of the assignment can also be processed.
The information may be provided to ANNOT by yourself but may also be received by ANNOT from third parties and may be supplemented with information from external sources, such as
private or public registers.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to provide legal services and practice law. In order to fulfil assignments as a legal representative in accordance with and agreement and fulfil legal
obligations, the personal data is processed, among other things, for conflict-of-interest checks, administration and accounting.

Personal data that we process of fulfilling our assignment in a legal assignment is retained after the assignment has been completed for ten years, or longer if required, in accordance with the Swedish Bar association’s rule.
Personal data is otherwise stored no longer than is necessary regarding the purpose of the processing.
Safety
We take all appropriate technical and organizational security measures required to protect personal information from
unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. However, it always involves a risk of communicating personal data via digital channels.
Changes
ANNOT has the right to change or make additions to this Privacy Policy. A new version applies to assignment started after changed terms have been published on www.annotadvokat.se.
